HOT WATER OPTION
Tuffy PowerLoad offers a simple, factory-installed hot water option for fast, on-demand heating up to 250°F. While a fully battery-powered heater is in development, our current design uses a highly efficient, low-emission hybrid system, similar to the technology used in electric buses operating in cold climates.
This smart fuel-assisted system preserves battery runtime while maintaining outstanding cleaning performance. With easy on/off control, Tuffy delivers the perfect balance of power, efficiency, and sustainability, leading the way toward a 90% carbon reduction and an all-electric, zero-emission future.

HVO100 is a promising new carbon neutral fuel that is currently undergoing testing. Initial results suggest that its use can significantly reduce CO2 emissions by up to 90%. While Tuffy Cleaning Systems cannot make the claim of emission reduction at this time, we are actively exploring the adoption of HVO100 and anticipate completing testing by early 2024. By using this fuel instead of traditional diesel, we aim to offer a more environmentally friendly solution and make a positive impact on carbon emissions.
