Tuffy PowerLoad offers a simple factory installed option for hot water, ensuring quick on-demand heated water. While a fully battery-powered heater is a future option, Tuffy Cleaning Systems currently features a highly efficient, reduced emission fuel-reliant heater to preserve runtimes. This technology is similar to the hybrid option found in cold climates on electric buses (Ebus) used in school and mass transit. The down draft technology employed by Tuffy Cleaning Systems enables efficient performance on various available fuel sources.*
The heating module can reach temperatures up to 250°F and can be easily turned off when additional heat is not required. Tuffy Cleaning Systems remains committed to quality, innovation, and environmental responsibility, leading the industry in fuel technology carbon reduction by aiming for 90% carbon reduction and ultimately achieving 100% carbon reduction with battery-powered industrial pressure washers.

HVO100 is a promising new carbon neutral fuel that is currently undergoing testing. Initial results suggest that its use can significantly reduce CO2 emissions by up to 90%. While Tuffy Cleaning Systems cannot make the claim of emission reduction at this time, we are actively exploring the adoption of HVO100 and anticipate completing testing by early 2024. By using this fuel instead of traditional diesel, we aim to offer a more environmentally friendly solution and make a positive impact on carbon emissions.
